GET TO KNOW ME

This may be the beginning of my online presence, but the message on my heart has been building for years. I may not have a writing platform or a polished social media following—but I know with certainty that God is calling me to speak, to write, and to share what He’s been teaching me.

I’m not someone who seeks the spotlight. I tend to thrive in quiet spaces—in honest conversations, small groups, and deep, meaningful relationships. But I also know that sometimes God calls us out of hiding, not to promote ourselves, but to point others to Him.

My background is in physical therapy. I hold a doctorate in physical therapy and rehabilitation science, along with certifications in group fitness and health coaching. For over 15 years, I built and ran a successful private practice. But as time went on, I realized that the demands of the traditional healthcare system—and the weight of running a business—no longer aligned with the values that mattered most to me: my faith, my family, and a slower, more intentional way of life.

Two years ago, I closed that chapter and stepped into a new one—creating a holistic, cash-based wellness practice that prioritizes body, mind, and spirit. And now, I’m stepping out again—to write.

This space was created for women. Women who are tired, overwhelmed, and weary from the pressure to be everything to everyone. Women who are done striving, comparing, and performing. Women who want more—for themselves, for their families, and for their walk with God—but don’t always know where to begin.

If that sounds like you, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to stay stuck.

My writing is rooted in the belief that true peace and purpose are found when we stop chasing and start surrendering—when we seek God first and walk in obedience, even when it’s slow and quiet. Whether I’m writing about motherhood, body image, wellness, or letting go of career expectations, my prayer is that everything here leads you back to Christ.

This isn’t about following me. It’s about following Him.

I’m honored to be a contributing author in the A Year of Hope devotional and excited to continue sharing devotionals and reflections here—honest words for wholehearted women.
